At Casa Siará you will find one of the best kitesurfing facilities in the region, offering
a wide range of Duotone equipment ensuring all guests are catered to.

Equipment can be changed daily in accordance with the wind, ensuring the perfect experience
of Preá’s coast. The house also offers kitesurfing lessons with
certified instructors who can accompany you in the water as well as downwind
by car for your kite experience to be complete.

Casa Siará was designed by renowned architect Miguel Pinto Guimarães. The curves and materials merge with the local tradition, Brazilian charm and the best of contemporary architecture resulting in an unique experience.

Inspired by the design of fish scales, the house perfectly distributes its spaces enabling a more pleasurable and relaxing environment: a comfortable and spacious internal area
and an external space integrating with the surrounding nature.

The house has 8 suites with balconies and glorious sea views, gourmet area, wine selection
by Cellar Vinhos, integrated living and dining room, TV room, gym, heated pool, Spa,
playroom as well as tennis and beach tennis courts.

Preá village is located in the state of Ceará, 20km south of the Jericoacoara village.

The region is nestled in amongst white sand dunes, natural lagoons and mangroves which form the biomes of Ceará’s coast, a place where nature remains unblemished.

Preá is recognized as the kitesurfing mecca with its coastal area allowing

for hundreds of km of downwind parallel to the shore.

Year round warm waters (26-28 Celsius) and strong constant winds for 7 months of the year attracts wind sports enthusiasts from kite, wing, windsurf, sailing among others.
